- This is a 90 minute session in which we'll cover a whole host of things, including a lot about you, what you're seeking to change, where you are now, your goals, your communication preferences, your priorities in life, and many other things besides
- This session sets us up for the change work and enables us to begin the journey
- We may talk about the latest tools, techniques and frameworks to help you achieve what you want, or we might just dive into some change work early - it all depends on what you come for
- There will likely be some tasking and activity between sessions to enable steady progress
